This includes but is not limited to: AI-generated responses, document templates, case analyses, appeal letters, court defence statements, witness statements, and any guidance provided by the AI personas "Jude Alexander" and "Henry James AI Barrister".

All content is provided for general informational and self-help purposes only. 4. No Solicitor-Client Relationship

Your use of TheLegalAid does not create a solicitor-client relationship, a barrister-client relationship, or any other form of legal professional relationship between you and TheLegalAid, its operators, employees, contractors, or AI systems.

5. AI-Generated Content and Known Limitations

Documents and responses generated by TheLegalAid are produced by artificial intelligence systems including large language models. You should be aware of the following limitations before relying on any AI-generated content:

• AI systems can produce errors. Legal citations, statutory references, case names, and procedural guidance generated by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. This is a known characteristic of large language models commonly referred to as "hallucination".
• No human review. No qualified legal professional reviews, checks, or approves any document or response generated by TheLegalAid before it is presented to you.
• You are responsible for verification. You must carefully read, verify, and satisfy yourself as to the accuracy and appropriateness of all documents before filing or submitting them to any court, tribunal, or parking operator. TheLegalAid accepts no responsibility for documents filed without adequate review by the user.
• Law changes. Parking law, civil procedure rules, and related legislation are subject to change. TheLegalAid's AI systems may not reflect recent statutory amendments, new case law, or updated codes of practice.

6. AI Personas — Important Notice

The AI personas on this platform — including "Jude Alexander" (AI Paralegal) and "Henry James AI Barrister" (AI Barrister) — are entirely fictional characters created for illustrative and user experience purposes.

"Henry James AI Barrister" is not a real person, barrister, or King's Counsel. The designation "KC" is used solely as part of a fictional AI character name and is not intended to represent or imply that the responses are provided by a qualified or authorised legal professional. Any resemblance to any real person, living or dead, is entirely coincidental.

Responses attributed to these personas are generated entirely by AI and should not be treated as the opinion of a qualified legal practitioner.

7. User Responsibility

By using TheLegalAid, you accept sole responsibility for:

• Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated documents before use
• Deciding whether to file, submit, or rely on any document produced by the platform
• The accuracy of any information you provide to the platform, including uploaded documents
• Complying with all court deadlines, procedural requirements, and legal obligations relevant to your case
• Any consequences arising from the use or filing of documents generated by TheLegalAid

8. Accuracy of Information

Whilst we take reasonable care to ensure that the information and documents produced by TheLegalAid reflect current legal frameworks, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for purpose of any content generated by the platform. Court decisions, tribunal outcomes, and operator practices vary considerably. TheLegalAid cannot guarantee any particular outcome in any appeal, mediation, or court proceeding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheLegalAid and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of this platform, reliance on any content generated by it, or the outcome of any legal proceedings in which you rely on documents or guidance produced by TheLegalAid.

This includes but is not limited to: County Court judgments, costs orders, debt recovery fees, or any other financial consequence arising from parking charge disputes.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for:
